This policy explains what information darshjain.com (“the site”, “I”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. The site is run by Darsh Jain.
Information I collect
What you send me. If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you write.
Resource signup. To open the video resources you sign up with your first name, email address and WhatsApp number. This information is stored with Kit, my email service provider. By signing up you agree that I may email you, and contact you on WhatsApp, about my videos and resources. You can ask me to stop at any time.
Technical data. Like any website, the web host records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit. These are used to run and secure the site.
How I use it
- To reply to your messages.
- To give you access to the resources you signed up for, to email you, and to contact you on WhatsApp about my videos and resources. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To keep the site secure and working.
I do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
- Hostinger hosts the site.
- Kit will store signup details and send emails once signup is live.
- YouTube, Instagram, Amazon and affiliate partners are linked from the site. When you click through, they collect data under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
The site itself uses only the cookies needed to run it. When you sign up for the resources, Kit stores a cookie in your browser (for up to a year) so the site can recognize you when you return. Websites you reach through links, and embedded services, may set their own cookies.
Your choices
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by writing to business@darshjain.com.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
